Payment Information

  • After making reservation, Mutamer will be redirected to fill out the Visa form
  • Its mandatory for Mutamers to verify email and phone number via OTP, before applying for Visa.
  • Mahatat Al Alam OTA will only Blocks the amount from the Mutamers credit card and only deduct on the approval of Umrah Operator.
  • Request will be sent to the Umrah Company to approve or reject within 4 hours.

    Case 1: Umrah Operator company rejects the request

    -Reservations will be cancelled automatically, the full amount will be refunded.

    Case 2: Umrah Operator Company doesn’t perform any action (time limit expiration)

    -Reservations will be cancelled automatically, the full amount will be refunded.

    Case 3: Mutamer wants to cancel the reservation.

    - Mutamer will not be able to cancel his reservation, after applying visa.

    Case 1: Umrah Operator Company approves the request

    - Process continues

  • After Umrah Operator company approval, the request will be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) to issue the visa, and the Mahatat Al Alam OTA will deduct the amount from the Mutamer’s credit card.

    Case 1: MOFA approves request

    - Visa is issued

    Case 2: MOFA rejects the request

    - Mutamer will be able to cancel the BRNs manually (cancellation policy applies)
